I’m delighted to be teaming up with Barton Art in Nature and the Barton GP Surgery, Oxfordshire, to launch ‘Growing Together’ a new 12 week wellbeing gardening programme at the newly built Barton Wellbeing Garden.

Connecting men in the community who are struggling with their mental health and coming together to chat and grow 💚

Places are free to join but limited and are awarded by a referral from the local social prescribing team, these can be arranged via your GP.

Huge thank you to the support of both organisations, the social prescribers and GP’s involved, the council and business supporters for helping me get this started. I really hope this project will make a big difference to those who attend.
