Welcome to our walled secret garden based in the heart of Brackley, within the The Well Retreat. Here we offer a range of services children and adults:

Wellbeing Gardening Club

Would you like weekly group support and to be able to visit our secret walled garden, any time and any day of the working week? Learning how to grow your own food, manage your thoughts and be part of fun, friendly community.

As part of the club membership, you will have:
– Access to the walled garden to either garden or relax, during these times: Monday – Friday, 9am – 9pm
– Weekly group therapy sessions with Annabelle, our trained horticultural therapist and wellbeing practitioner
– The opportunity to meet others and make new friends
– WhatsApp support
– Access to the Wellbeing Gardening Club – Facebook group
– Discounted rates for 1-2-1 therapy sessions

Suitable for: Adults
What to bring: Nothing, we provide all the basics, including tools and seeds to get you started.
Cost: £40 a month

1-2-1 Horticultural Therapy and Support

Would you prefer a 1-2-1 session where we can work together to grow beautiful plants and investigate your specific thoughts and struggles? Perhaps you are feeling lost, struggling with difficult and negative thoughts or can feel your confidence dipping.

We will do a mixture of practical gardening and wellbeing based activities that are suitable for you. All designed to help you understand your thoughts, calm your mind, give you head space, build your confidence and learn new skills.

We will arrange a set day and time that works for you. You don’t need any equipment…just a determination to feel better and improve your life.

Suitable for: Adults and Children
What to bring: Nothing, we provide all the basics, including tools and seeds to get you started.
Cost: £50 for one hour session

After School Club

Our fun, practical sessions are designed to help children relax, explore their creativity, become resilient and learn tools and techniques to manage their emotional, and mental health.
Activities include learning to grow their own food, sensory play, games and guided relaxation.

Suitable for: Children of all ages
When: Day TBC – starting in January 2021.
What to bring: A drink and warm clothes if during winter.
Cost: £7 per week or £60 for a term.
