Volunteer Roles
Gardening Support
We have both full-time and Summer holiday roles available.
Duties:
- Support client gardeners
- Provide gardening advice to clients
- Help maintain communal areas
Hours of work: 4 – 18 hours a week
Location: Towcester, South Northants
Skills / Abilities Desired:
- Basic to experienced knowledge of gardening
- Passion to support others
- Patience and understanding
- Able to work as part of a small team
- DBS clearance and Safeguarding certificate – We will fund these for you if you don’t have them already and can commit for 12 months.

Paid Roles
Horticultural Therapist and Wellbeing Practitioner in Oxfordshire schools
I’m looking to recruit a freelance horticultural therapist or outdoor education leader with a passion for plants, to work with our schools and young people.
Starting in September, you would be based across Oxfordshire and work with children on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis providing personalised alternative education programmes. Working with them through fun activites to build confidence, share thoughts and feelings and learn new skills.
