It’s time to introduce another member of the Life at No.27 volunteer team; please give a warm welcome to Louise!
Louise joined the team in November 2019, as a gardener and support volunteer at our Towcester site. She is super friendly, chatty and fantastic! Louise has been the queen of logistics recently as well, helping us plan and tackle the big challenge of how to move sheds and raised beds.
Louise shares why she chose to volunteer with Life at No.27:
“I joined Life at No.27 to give myself the opportunity to meet new, like-minded people and to help others. The great thing about being part of the team is, I get to do both of those things whilst gardening, which I love.
I think its great to be involved with a charity doing such great work within mental health.
I’m a married mum of two wonderful boys. I love spending time outdoors, walking, tending my garden & allotment at home and looking after my chickens. I’m a keen cook and really enjoy eating out and trying new food.”
