Gardening and Adult Therapy Supervisor x 2
We have both full-time and Summer holiday roles available.
Duties:
- Support client gardeners
- Provide gardening advice to clients
- Help maintain communal areas
Hours of work: 4 – 18 hours a week
Location: Towcester, South Northants
Skills / Abilities Desired:
- Basic to experienced knowledge of gardening
- Passion to support others
- Patience and understanding
- Able to work as part of a small team
- DBS clearance and Safeguarding certificate – We will fund these for you.

Fundraising and Event Support
Duties:
- Look out for fundraising opportunities
- Help co-ordinate and promote fundraising events
- Handling general enquiries
- Opportunity to support at events
Hours of work: 4 – 10 hours a week, plus optional event support.
Location: Home, plus event locations
Skills / Abilities Desired:
- Well organised
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Flexibility and patience
- Competent in all MS Office products
Social Media Manager and Content Creator
Duties:
- Creation of content for social media accounts
- Schedule content on social media
- Engagement with basic enquiries and discussions via social media
- Explore YouTube / video sharing platforms
- Opportunity to do live social content creation at events
Hours of work: 3 – 8 hours a week
Location: Home, plus event locations
Skills / Abilities Required:
- Passion for online content creating
- Competent in all social media channels
- Creative
- Well organised
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Flexibility and patience
Finance Assistant
Duties:
- Obtain quotations
- Paying suppliers – processing payments from approved invoices
- Book-keeping / accounts – record keeping and organising information
Hours of work: 1 – 3 hours a week
Location: Home
Skills / Abilities Required:
- Well organised
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Flexibility and patience
- Competent in all MS Office products
